CHRISTOPHER SACCA

Co-Founder of Unseen Potential | Advocate for the Visually Impaired | Vision Rehabilitation Instructor

With over two decades of experience in vision rehabilitation, Chris has worked extensively with visually impaired Veterans, seniors, and others to enhance their independence through personalized training in access technology, independent living skills, and adjustment to blindness counseling.

Before founding Unseen Potential with his daughter Holly in 2024, Chris was a vision rehabilitation Instructor at Lighthouse Central Florida, where he helped clients navigate daily life with confidence and served as a liaison with local agencies. Prior to serving in this capacity, Chris worked with the Department of Education as an advocate for disabled children in the public school system and was a facilitator for vocational rehabilitation services for adults in the community. Chris has a background in horticulture, having worked with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Walt Disney World, where he designed the “Tigger’s Sensory Garden” for EPCOT . He earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture from the University of Florida and holds a landscape design patent for a Sensory Garden for the Blind and Visually Impaired.

Through his work, Chris continues to advocate for accessibility and inclusion, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those with vision loss.

HOLLY SACCA

Co-Founder of Unseen Potential | Advocate for the Visually Impaired | Vision Rehabilitation Instructor

Holly Sacca is a passionate advocate for individuals with visual disabilities and the Co-Founder of Unseen Potential, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with a Minor in Italian, from Florida State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Holly’s interest in serving others on a global scale was sparked during her employment abroad with Florida State University’s International Programs where she gained valuable experience working in diverse cultural environments. This experience deepened her commitment to helping those in need and inspired her to focus on innovative ways to support the community, both locally and internationally.

With a background in hospitality, Holly developed a strong passion for service, which led her to pursue roles in event management and administration. During her time with the National High Magnetic Field Lab, she coordinated events and communications, strengthening her organizational and leadership skills.

Driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful impact, Holly is dedicated to using her experiences to improve accessibility
